Please fill out this form if you would like to enrol your child at Manchester St School.
If you live outside of the school zone please contact the school office before completing the enrolment form.

To complete your child's enrolment we will require copies of the following:  Your child's NZ birth certificate or their passport, a copy of their immunisation certificate, and some proof of address with the students primary residential address (e.g. rates bill, power bill, rental/sales agreement), and student visa (if applicable).  School visits cannot be organised until our office has received the necessary documents.
